Bring us a customer. Keep 70% of the profit, every month, for as long as they stay.
Free to join. Paid monthly through Stripe. No quota and no tiers.
The deal.
Anyone can join. You do not need to be a customer.
A business counts when it signs up with your link, your code or your invitation, and then pays for a plan.
We take what your customer pays. We subtract what it costs us to serve them, which is the AI usage, the texts and the card fees. The rest is the profit. You get 70% of it. We keep 30%. See the numbers.
You get a statement every month. Payout is on the 20th. A month under $50 carries forward until it adds up.
What one customer is worth to you, by plan.
These are planning examples. They are not quotes. They assume the customer uses every conversation their plan includes.
| Plan | They pay | Our costs to serve them | Profit | Your 70%, every month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Micro | $19 | $1.75 | $17.25 | $12.08 |
| Starter | $99 | $14.67 | $84.33 | $59.03 |
| Growth | $399 | $60.37 | $338.63 | $237.04 |
A customer on premium answering costs more to serve, so your share moves with it, the same as ours. Every line of the math is on your statement.
Five steps.
- 1Join
Sign up for free. You get a link and a code.
- 2Share
Give the link or the code to a business you know, or send them an invitation from your portal.
- 3They sign up
A business that uses your link, your code or your invitation becomes your customer.
- 4They pay
When they pay for a plan, their profit counts toward your statement.
- 5You get paid
Statements close on the 1st. Payouts go out on the 20th through Stripe. Your first payout gets a quick check from us first.
Everything about your money.
- Every business you referred, by name, and where it stands.
- Every line of every monthly statement, and where each dollar came from.
- Every payout, with the Stripe reference.
Anything inside their workspace.
Their conversations, their customers and their settings are theirs. You see the business name, its plan and your share. Nothing else.
Short, and the same for everyone.
- One tier. You are paid on the customers you bring. Nobody is paid for signing up other ambassadors.
- No referring yourself, a business you own in whole or in part, or one someone else holds for you.
- No bulk email, and no texts to people who did not ask to hear from you.
- Tell people you are paid. One sentence is enough.
- Do not promise what the product does not do.
The disclosure line is this one: "I'm an IMCeleste ambassador and I'm paid when businesses I refer become customers." The full terms are in the Ambassador Agreement.
Common questions, in plain words.
Is this a pyramid scheme or an MLM?
No. There is one tier. You are paid only on customers who pay for IMCeleste. Nobody is paid for signing up other ambassadors, and there is nothing to buy.
Do my customers pay more?
No. They pay the same price as anyone else. Your share comes out of our side.
What if a customer cancels?
Your payments for that customer stop. If they come back later, they are still yours.
Can I join from outside the US?
Not yet. You can enroll now and leave your country. We email you when payouts reach it.
What about a customer who installs IMCeleste from the Shopify App Store?
They are yours. Their share starts once we can read what Shopify collects from them. We do not promise a date for that.
When does a new customer start paying me?
Their lines are held for 60 days after their first payment. After that they pay out on the next 20th. The hold protects against refunds and card disputes in the first weeks.
When do I get my first payout?
On the first 20th after your first statement closes above your minimum, once we have taken a quick look at your account and the customers you referred. It is a one-time step for every ambassador. After it, payouts run on the 20th without a pause.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, $50. A smaller month carries forward until your balance reaches it. You can raise your own minimum if you prefer bigger payouts.
Can a month be negative?
Yes, if refunds or a lost card dispute add up to more than what came in. A negative month carries into your next statements. We never collect it from you.
What about taxes?
Stripe collects your tax details when you set up payouts. If your payouts in a year go over the IRS limit, you get a 1099-NEC.
What do I need to set up payouts?
A Stripe payout account, which you set up inside your portal in a few minutes. Your bank details go to Stripe. We never see them.
