Press and media
The short version, for anyone writing about us.
Everything here is fair to quote. If you are covering AI and the future of work, the story is not really the product. It is where the money goes once the work is automated.
Boilerplate
The one paragraph.
IMCeleste is an AI customer service product built around an agent named Celeste. She learns from a company's own support history, drafts replies in private until she proves herself, and goes live only on the topics the owner promotes her to. Every limit the owner sets is enforced in separate, deterministic code that the AI cannot talk its way around. IMCeleste commits the greater of 5% of its revenue or 70% of its profit to the customer service workers its software displaces, every year, and is building toward giving them a stake in the company itself. It calls this The Dividend Standard. Its own commitment is public and in force; its open invitation is to the rest of the industry to adopt the same standard.
Quotable
Lines you're welcome to lift.
“We're building AI to replace customer service jobs.”
“At least 5% of everything we make goes to the people whose jobs our software replaces, from our first dollar, not our first profit.”
“The people whose work these systems learn from should own a piece of what they build.”
“We took no outside money, because a promise to share the profit isn't believable if the company is quietly built for investors.”
Want the longer version?
The mission explains why we built the company this way, and The Dividend Standard is our full, unfinished draft of the commitment.
